Returns: Return requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery. A ₹100 return pickup charge applies to approved customer-initiated returns. The customer pays this amount directly to the pickup/courier partner at the time of pickup; it is not deducted from the refund.

Return condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging where applicable. Products showing stains, makeup, perfume, body odour, alterations or other signs of use may not qualify for return. Also Products will not be eligible for return if the request is made after the 4-day return window
Damaged/wrong item: Report a damaged, defective or incorrect product preferably within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and your order details.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the return policy applies.
Exchange: Exchanges are available under the same 4-day window and return conditions. To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89208 95135 or DM @desikloset on Instagram within 4 days of delivery. Share your order number and requested size/product. Once approved, we will share the exchange instructions. Any applicable exchange/return charges will be communicated before processing.
Size & colour: Please check the size chart and product details before ordering. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Refund: Approved returns are refunded after the product passes our quality check. The applicable ₹100 return pickup charge is paid separately to the pickup/courier partner and is not deducted from the refund.
Delivery: Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Delays may occur due to courier or circumstances beyond our control. Desi Kloset will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Product variation: Slight variations in print, colour, texture or finish may occur due to the photography, lighting, device or screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the fabric and manufacturing process.
