1. Website Use

The Desi Kloset website is provided for personal, lawful use and for browsing and purchasing our products. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business, subject to applicable law.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and confirmation. Once an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation may be sent to the contact details provided by you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or technical errors. All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, prints, measurements and other details as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting, device or screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the fabric. Please carefully review the product description, available measurements and size information before placing your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number and other delivery information. Desi Kloset will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or another reason attributable to the customer, additional charges will apply for re-shipment.

5. Return Policy

We offer a strict 4-day return window. A return request must be raised within 4 days from the date the product is delivered to you. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in its original condition.

• Not have been washed, dry-cleaned or altered.

• Not have stains, makeup marks, perfume smell, body odour or other signs of use.

• Not be damaged, torn or otherwise altered by the customer.

• Have all original tags and labels attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging wherever applicable.

• Include any accessories, freebies or other items supplied with the order.

Please do not wash, wear or use the product before deciding to return it.

Any returned product that does not meet these conditions will be rejected upon inspection.

6. Return Charges

A ₹100 return processing/handling charge will apply to every approved customer-initiated return. The ₹100 charge will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. For example, if your eligible refund amount is ₹799, the refund after the ₹100 return charge will be ₹699. The ₹100 charge does not apply where a return is approved because Desi Kloset supplied an incorrect product or the product was verified as defective or damaged before or during delivery, subject to verification.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via Instagram - @desikloset / or WhatsApp - 91-8920895135 ( kindly DM us ) within 4 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, product name, reason for return and any photographs or videos requested by our team.

Our team may review the request before approving the return. Once approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram - @desikloset / or WhatsApp - 91-8920895135 ( kindly DM us ).

Please provide clear photographs and, where available, an unboxing video so that we can investigate the issue.

If the issue is verified, we may provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our return/refund process.

9. Non-Returnable Products

Products will not be eligible for return where:

• The return request is made after the 4-day return window.

• The product has been worn or used.

• The product has been washed or dry-cleaned.

• The product has been altered, modified or repaired.

• The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

• Original tags or labels have been removed.

• The product has stains, makeup marks, perfume smell, body odour or other signs of use.

• The product is returned without required original packaging.

• The product otherwise fails our stated return-condition requirements.

These exclusions do not limit any consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us, it may undergo a quality inspection. Refunds for approved returns will be processed after the product passes the applicable inspection. The ₹100 return charge will be deducted from the refund for eligible customer-initiated returns. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method, bank or payment service provider.

11. Exchange Available

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability and must be requested within the applicable 4-day return window. Any applicable shipping or processing charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

12. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to our order-processing status. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

13. Offers & Promotions

Discount codes, promotional offers, sale prices and other benefits may be subject to specific terms, exclusions and validity periods. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order. Desi Kloset reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotional offers, subject to applicable law.
